Rates

The rates above apply to 4 or less people (ages 6 and up). For more than 4 people, please add $25 per person per day/night. These fees are for access to the property and its amenities. All persons on the property at any time (regardless of whether they are staying overnight) must be registered guests, so be sure to include them when completing the registration form.

Administration Fee

We pride ourselves in providing you with excellent service and a very clean house for your stay. An administration fee of $125 applies to all rentals and payment methods.

Example

A group consisting of 6 adults/children (6 and over) and two children (under 6) would be $550 for a weekend rental (2 nights) plus the $125 administration fee. There is no additional charge for the children under age 6, and each person 6 years old and older (after the first four) is an extra $25 per night. Applicable taxes and fees will also apply.

Guests coming for the day but not staying overnight must still register as guests. They must be listed on the Rental Agreement and they will be included in the calculation of the rental fees.

Please note: You must be 18 years old or older to reserve this property. No pets allowed. Wisconsin State and Sheboygan County 5.5% sales tax will be added to the total rental fee.

Pontoon Boat Rental

Our 18-foot Manitou Aurora Cruiser pontoon boat (view photo) is available to our guests for rent on a daily or weekly basis. We do not rent the pontoon boat separately from the house rental. A full tank of fuel and oil will be supplied for each day of rental and refills will be provided for an additional fee. Only registered guests may ride on the pontoon boat.

The pontoon boat has a maximum capacity of 9 people, and is also subject to labeled weight restrictions for the safety of everyone. Lifejackets are required for all passengers. Lifejackets are provided in most sizes, except for infants. You are responsible for obeying all laws, licensing restrictions, and for the safety of all passengers, and you are responsible for any damages to the boat and any costs related to that damage. Pontoon Boat Rental Fee: $250 per calendar day (plus tax)

Your reservation is not secured until your Rental Agreement and payment has been processed.

Payments are made by credit card. Check payments are subject to approval and additional fees may apply. The total amount of your reservation is due at the time of making your reservation and is subject to the cancellation policy outlined below. The individual who made the reservation will be held responsible for any damages or missing items during your stay. The total cost to repair damage, and/or replace broken or missing items will be charged to the credit card on file immediately.

Payment of the reservation fee indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions outlined in our Guidelines and Rules and on the Rental Agreement. Please review them for more information.

Once you send us your completed Rental Agreement, we will contact you by phone to obtain your credit card payment information. Please do not send your Credit Card information via E-Mail.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days in advance of your check-in date, you will receive a refund less applicable administration and credit card processing fees. If you cancel more than 7 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a refund of all but your first night less applicable administration and credit card processing fees. No refund will be given if canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in, unless the house is re-rented for the same time period by another party. Cancellations on credit card reservations will be reduced by the transaction service fee as determined by the credit card processor.
