Our rates and availability can be found below. Please note that all rentals are subject to an upfront deposit, payment in full before/when you arrive, and our friendly rules and guidelines are part of the rental agreement you will be asked to sign upon check-in.

Rates

The rates above apply to 4 or less people (ages 6 and up). For more than 4 people, please add $25 per person per night. All persons on the property at any time must be registered guests, so be sure to include them when completing the registration form.
Administration Fee
We pride ourselves in providing you with excellent service and a very clean house for your stay. An administration fee of $125 applies to all rentals and payment methods.
Calculator
Please use the form below to calculate the total fee based on the number of nights and the number of people. This is a general guideline and taxes and other fees may apply. We will provide you with a final total when you contact us to make a reservation.
Late Check-outs are possible, but subject to availability. Special pricing and other limitations may apply for particular dates. For more information, please contact us.
Example
A group consisting of 6 adults/children (6 and over) and two children (under 6) would be $550 for a weekend rental (2 nights) plus the $125 administration fee. There is no additional charge for the children under age 6, and each person 6 years old and older (after the first four) is an extra $25 per night. Applicable taxes and fees will also apply.
Guests coming for the day but not staying overnight must still register as guests. They must be listed on the Rental Agreement and they will be included in the calculation of the rental fees.
Please note: You must be 18 years old or older to reserve this property. No pets allowed. Wisconsin State and Sheboygan County 5.5% sales tax will be added to the total rental fee.
Pontoon Boat Rental
Our 18-foot Manitou Aurora Cruiser pontoon boat (view photo) is available to our guests for rent on a daily or weekly basis. Lifejackets are provided in most sizes, except for infants. A full tank of fuel and oil will be supplied for each day of rental and refills will be provided for an additional fee. Only registered guests may ride on the pontoon boat. Pontoon Boat Rental Fee: $250 per calendar day (plus tax)

Your reservation is not secured until your Rental Agreement and payment has been processed.
Payments are made by credit card. Check payments are subject to approval and additional fees may apply. The total amount of your reservation is due at the time of making your reservation and is subject to the cancellation policy outlined below. The individual who made the reservation will be held responsible for any damages or missing items during your stay. The total cost to repair damage, and/or replace broken or missing items will be charged to the credit card on file immediately.
Payment of the reservation fee indicates your acceptance of our terms and cnditions outlined in our Guidelines and Rules and on the Rental Agreement. Please review them for more information.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days in advance of your check-in date, you will receive a refund less applicable administraton and credit card processing fees. If you cancel more than 7 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a refund of all but your first night less applicable administraton and credit card processing fees. No refund will be given if canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in, unless the house is re-rented for the same time period by another party. Cancellations on credit card reservations will be reduced by the transaction service fee as determined by the credit card processor.
